Meghan Otis
Meghan Otis has joined the board of directors of Wintrust Bank. She is a co-founder and partner at Lightspring Capital Partners, a majority women-led and women-owned private investment firm focused on control-equity and mezzanine investments. Previously, Meghan was a partner with Waveland Investments and held professional roles with Goldman Sachs and Jones Lang LaSalle. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from Northwestern University.
