Bruce A. Sturgeon is a Vice President of Investments at Wayne Hummer Wealth Management. Bruce is an experienced advisor with more than eleven years experience in the financial industry.
Prior to joining Wayne Hummer, Bruce worked at Bank of America, previously known as LaSalle Wealth Management Services in Highland Park, Illinois. Prior to joining LaSalle in 2000, Bruce was an advisor for First Union Securities, formerly known as EVEREN Securities of Deerfield, Illinois.
Bruce consults with individual high net-worth investors, corporations, and non-profit organizations. He has expertise in all facets of financial planning and specializes in 401(k) plan management. He works with many companies in and around the Chicago area. While at LaSalle, he was part of a team which was responsible for developing comprehensive financial services plans for corporations and families.

Robert J. Stewart is a Vice President of Investments at Wayne Hummer Wealth Management. Rob has over 10 years of experience assisting clients with investment planning. He has worked with both individuals and companies to create, review, and maintain investment portfolios designed to achieve the specified financial goals within the proper risk tolerance.
Prior to joining Wayne Hummer, Rob worked at Midwest Bank and Trust, most recently holding the position of Wealth Management Advisor. During his tenure at Midwest, Rob served as a member of the Wealth Management investment committee and was also a regular contributor to a weekly radio talk show.
Rob graduated from the School of Business Administration at the University of Dayton. He has also obtained the designation of Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) from the College of Financial Planning.
Rob’s area of expertise is creating, maintaining, and passing on permanent wealth. In addition, he can help with a 529 plan for your children, develop a portfolio to generate monthly income, construct strategies to reduce income tax, as well as develop a retirement plan for you or your company.

Tolbert is the Executive Vice President of Wayne Hummer Trust Company and Managing Director of Business Development with Wintrust Financial Corporation. Tolbert was an original investor, founder and member of the Board of Directors of North Shore Community Bank & Trust Company in 1994. He joined North Shore Community Bank & Trust in 1995 as President of the Winnetka Bank. Previously, Tolbert spent nearly 30 years with Aetna in various marketing and senior management positions. His positions included Vice President Field Management of the Great Lakes region and Regional Vice President in Chicago.
Tolbert graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas with a degree in Business Administration. In 2009, he was inducted into the College of Business Administration Hall of Honor.
Tolbert is an active community volunteer and serves on numerous boards. He is past Chairman of Heartland Alliance, Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Governors at the Metropolitan Club and past Chairman of the Chicago Sunday Evening Club. In addition, he is the immediate past President of the Village of Kenilworth. Currently Tolbert serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library Foundation Board headquartered in Springfield, Illinois.
Tolbert and his wife, Carrie, reside in Kenilworth.
