Responsibilities:
- Track and review customer prepared borrowing base reports and obtain approval for advances requested by customers
- Review of supporting documentation submitted with each advance including but not limited to A/R Agings, Sales Journals, Credit Memo Journals, Cash Receipt Registers, Inventory Perpetuals,
- Account Payable Agings and Shipping documentation to verify information submitted
- Ensure Ineligible calculations are updated and accurate
- Reconcile loan and cash to Bank’s systems
- Work with Loan Officers and Operations Manager to insure proper documentation of all loans as well as on-going document requirements such as:
- Monthly account requirements regarding collateral and financial reports as well as financial covenant compliance certificates
- Updating Insurance Certificates
- Annual PFS, Company FYE statements and annual personal and corporate tax returns.
- Help resolve exceptions noted on tickler tracking system
- Prepare and process monthly Monarch models for customer ineligible calculations.
- Handle special projects and other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of asset based lending or commercial banking experience. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficient knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education:
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance preferred.
